This wine is best enjoyed with stews, sauced meats (lamb in particular), and fillet of duck, cheeses and chocolate cake. Enjoyed best after decanting and leaving the wine at room temperature for an hour or so.
Lovely intense Bordeaux Blend with hints of cherry and blackcurrants, fine wood aromas like oak and cedar with a mature round and elegant finish. The Nose is attractive and complex with liquorice scents of roasted coffee and dark chocolate.
